We'll need to see the domain to give any useful info. Post a link as well as some traffic and revenue info, since all that has to play into the domain's value

I would recommend going through a domain broker that would take a percentage of the sale - there are some good ones that handle any type of domain from adult to mainstream that are honest and would do a good job marketing it. I'll see if I can find a good addy for you to get in touch with to see if its something you might be interested in
