What to improve in my free site?

The first thing I would do would be to change the link on all banners and use the proper link code. Right now you link straight to amateurgang.com without getting any credit. That doesn't apply if you own amateurgang.com though
But I saw that you used the right link code in the galleries.

Also, in the second to last pic, the girl has some of her clothes back on.

The strobing banner on some of your pages might cause some poor guy to have a stroke.|shocking|

"http://www.pornganger.com/campus-teen/1/14-b.jpg" is 140kb, too big for some LLs to list.

"http://www.pornganger.com/campus-teen/main.html" I count 4 outlinks but that might be just me.

Thumbs are generally 8kb+ but to me they look a bit fuzzy.

Just minor things, overall you're on the right track.

I am new in this myself , so i shouldnt really critizise someone, but i will call it suggestions though

I dont really care to much if the gal getting more clothes later out in the pic series... but sure, some of those you submit it to could do so.
Anyway, i dont make money on those, so if you wanna change them , do it.

On the warning page you have 1 banner, hidden all the way under your enter button... how many do you think will ever consider push on that one? Remember... your not doing this to provide free porn to the surfer, but only to provide bucks in your own pockets.

Put three outgoing to sponsors on every page. Link text and banner together, so it wont be counted as 2 links.

Why are u putting 4 outgoing on your mainpage? That is the page that everybody just will click through to get to your gall's. And in the gall's you have one (broken) banner, without sales text. Get that text up there...get a banner on the top, or put a link in your header, and put in a lot of more text to make your galleries SE friendly.

Sorry if this sounds hush, but remember you are doing this to put money in your pocket, not to put free porn on the surfers table

p.s. Good thing you filled the alt tags on the galleries...that is something i often miss out on.. (forget)

Like Swedguy said you're linking straight to http://www.amateurgang.com/
In order to get credit for the sales you have to attach your affiliate code to that link -> meaning: if someone buys a membership the affiliate program needs to see that you have sent that particular customer. That's why you have to send a unique code along with the URL so the program can see it's your code and can give the sale to you.

In this case (redsquarecash.com program) it should be something like http://www.amateurgang.com/?wm=YOURAFFILIATECODE

I tested my sponsors feature - it tracks visitors by refering domain name. If visitors came to sponsor from my domain, it would count to me.
But later I remebered, that firewall and so on often block browser HTTP_REFER so I stopped doing in this way. That is only one link without id on my 11 (now) fs.
