I use small program called Adam LL Submitter. It has cool little feature to map CTRL-<letter> combinations to paste data I submit to LL.

So I fire it up, enter data about my site, open Firefox, open LL submit pages and do a CTRL-<letter> for every field on submit pages.

So I have to think about each and every field on LL submit pages, and it's very useful, because I rarely make a mistake. I submit to 36 sites manually and it takes me about 10 minutes to finish.

This also gives you a chance to see rule changes which you couldn't see if you auto submit.
