But dealing with him over a period of time I have noticed he tends to lack the ability to stick to things and finish them. That's a shame LB because I know if someone said that to me (if that was a problem of mine) I would get kind of defensive and try and argue that it wasn't the case. So i can see how you have been put in kind of a difficult position.
