Good Early Saturday Morning

Yesterday, winds up to 95 mph not far from here. About 70 mph here and 55 degrees. Today, no wind but -5 degrees and snowing like crazy.

Both of my Grandchildren are here without their Mother or Father. The very reason I am up right now.

I expect a nap today.

Anyway, Good Morning...

Good morning world

That's hurricane strength winds you had up there, Jim. At least you're having some nice snow today.

We're at 68 degrees, Surfn, and it should be 80 here later today. It was stuffy in here this morning, no wind outside, so I actually ran the a/c for a few minutes to get the air moving a little.

Excellent weekend wishes to all.

Simon

Good Saturday Peoples

I guess I'm living in the tropics today with my +12° temp

I have no idea why I'm up this early, as I was down in the Pool House rearranging things & cleaning up so that we can watch Olympic Hockey all day & play poker tonight.

Plus I think there's some sort of little car race on tomorrow

Morning everyone!

Just getting ready to bike into work today, it is 55F and foggy here. Suppose to get up to 80F. But the pool is still not warm enough to jump in yet.....have a few months for that.

Have fun.

Morning
73F here with just a gentle breeze of less then 10 mph.

Went to dinner last night with my neighbor, one of his favorite rent-a-girls, and one of her friends. Dumb bitch hit my car parked in his driveway leaving. Mostly just left a bunch of paint on my car but there is a small scratch that didn't buff out.

Been calling around to get one of my cats spayed. All the places want me to drop her off between 7:30 and 9:30 in the morning. Don't they have a place for us non morning people? lol

Doing the gym thing today and then just a day of working and having a bit of fun.

Happy Birthday MaryLou.

The big winds sucked...
We had no power for a couple of hours and my wife had just left. Thankfully, we have 3 fireplaces just in case. I had no way of communicating with the outside world. My cell phone is dead but that is another story

Anyway, a lot of roofs flew off, 80,000 Niagara Mohawk customers without power and just really nasty.

I received an unexpected night off when I lost my power for several hours. Let me tell you, showering by candlelight is just not sexy when you're alone :-)
Happy Birthday Mary Lou!

I have a full size mirror in my shower. I'm never alone but it can be a bit frightening at times.

Good Morning all, the wind is howling outside here, weatherbug says the windchill is below freezing, I'll take its word for it, I'm not going outside, lol. They are actually calling for snow here tomorrow, which will be the first of the season. I can't wait, told MadHatter I'm grabbing the video camera while he takes Loki, our Bengal cat for a walk in the snow if it happens, I want to see how he reacts to it, lol.

We should get the bathroom painted today, then can put it all back together, hoooray! Got the texture all sprayed yesterday, by the time we were done, we were both covered with the stuff. MadHatter was spraying, and I was holding a portable halegon light trying to shine it where ever he was spraying, since we had everything masked off so almost no light in there. It is such a small room I'd keep getting in the way and getting it shot at me, or coming down at me from the celing.

So today I'll be back and forth working on sites and finishing up the painting. Nice projects when it is too cold for me outdoors.

Jim - Stay safe in that wind! Hope you don't have your power go off anymore.

Everyone else, have great day!
