ExtremeJohn's gonna order us the basic bar package - which is a huge ripoff at $1000 but is actually nevessary if you want to properly run a suite party - which leaves $200 for Sherm to use to buy some extra beer & booze

Anything else over & above the $1200 will be handled by Extreme Paychecks & GreenguyAndJim

As far as how we're going to meet up, I haven't figured that out yet

I'm assuming Extreme won't know the room number til they check into the suite (2 or 3 PM on the 4th)

Meeting at the circle bar is always an option - LOL
