Boy I can relate to this. Morning all, woke up at 3am in a panic almost couldn't swallow, like my throat muscles don't work which really freaked me out. I hurt from my larynx to the middle of my chest, running fevers, never had anything like this before. I plan on lots of sleep and water today.

An ex sent it to me last night. I about fell off my chair laughing. Made it extra funny since she is a bit on the mental side herself.

My sister has it on her phone message machine now. I moved into an apt. one time and found a pin that said "Lets talk about mental illness" I love that pin.
