I finally quit smoking

I have an addictive personality.

I've traded drug addition for addiction to working out at the gym.

Food is a bit harder to deal with since you can't just abstain from it.

I still get cravings for coke and it has been over then years since I've indulged in coke. I also really enjoyed prescription drugs but have learned to just say no when offered them which I often am.

Strange that the two legal drugs, cigarettes and alcohol, I've never had a problem with. Never really cared for the affects of alcohol and I've never smoked a cigarette.
