Sounds like you got screwed in every kinda way Yauhen. There's not much you can do about it though.
I can't really advise ICANN procedure. I just recently investigated recovering one of my domains (they're using .co.za - African TLD) and it will cost me around $12,000 following ICANN protocol. Google and YaHoo pulled him from their index. MSN has not (pricks!)

Like everyone has said, cut your losses and walk. I feel your pain though.
