I'll be posting here when I reopen submissions. I'm seriously considering going partner-only. Working though my backlog, I discovered about 75% of the submissions where crap from cheaters, multi-submitters, etc.

That number pretty much matches my own...it IS getting worse

Seems as though they're all coming from a particular region of the world too
