having some background in the telemarketing industry (i know a guy who did it for a living) its obvious what was going on here

Caller: want to buy _____?
greenguy: nope
caller: standard rebuttal
greenguy: no thanks
caller: second rebuttal.


and so forth. its annoying, bad, telemarketing bullshit. and if the rep was informed at all he'd known that starting off talking about galleries is fucking stupid and makes him look like an ass.

and the worst of it is that the rep becomes beligerant after the third rebuttal. calls greenguy an asshole. its pathetic and stupid and its not a great way to run a company.

The PROBLEM is your rep's response to that was "don't be an asshole"

THAT is the problem I have. Right away your rep is calling a valued affiliate (all affiliates are valuable IMO) an asshole. Don't you think there's a problem with that??????????????

If Greenguy said hey you're an asshole for contacting me, fuck off Captain still should just say sorry you feel that way. Good bye. Calling affiliates an asshole should NEVER EVER be an okay thing to do.
