The Official: What link sites list blogs?

One question I'm dying to ask: do anyone accept blogspot blogs? I anticipate a resounding no, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I have a blogspot blog ranking 1-10 on Google for a range of keywords. Moving it over to one of my hosts to build some incoming links for a blog already placing almost as high as it can go doesn't make much sense if the move kills all the SE traffic.

Still when I'm ranking 2nd or 3rd for a keyword, its tempting to look for that final push to get it into pole position.
