couple questions

Another couple questions:

Should I build a recip table with all the sites I'm submitting to before I submit, or after I know where I got listed? I would assume before, since even the big LLs have rules about their recips... but then if I don't get listed at some places... should I just remove their recips?

Another thing I noticed in the rules is doing html pages for each picture, with one sponsor link. Seems most places allow this. Is this worthwhile to do, or am I better off linking .jpgs?
