Mpeg-1 (mpg) is what we have found to be the most compatible so that is what we use but if I had a choice I would go with mpeg-4.
Compressor that comes with Final Cut Pro is decent but Compression Master is much better. BTW Flip4Mac lets you play WMV files inside of Quicktime. |
