hadn't seen your sites with highlighted txt, but as far as linked paragraphs... there is an 'unspoken' rule of up 4 lines of linked txt is ok.
and linked txt does increase your Ctr - you never know which of the word will grab surfers' attention

One thing I noticed is this site http://www.exwifeclub.com/02-hard-love-tits/index.html , it's very hard to read some of the text on a number of recips.
