what a sleepless night.

On my way down to meet with the new guy and make sure he can get into the building, etc. Then, a funfilled day of immersing him into the todo list.

We have our standard 6 month forcast here -- Partly Sunny, chance of rain.

Simon, check tradesports.com -- its not betting, its buying options. During the hurricanes they even bet -- er, sell options for what state the hurricane will make landfall, etc.

Morning! Woke up to rain

We need it and a lot of it, so let it rain!

Of course my dogs woke me up early, go to let them out and noooo they don't want to go out and get wet! Big chickens
