I live in the real Upstate NY; I pass cows, horses, pigs, dead skunks, and all that shit all of the time - and I know how to spell balloon.

And for the record - I don't think men fucking balloons is any more absurd than putting braces on a 20-something year old chick and dredging for pedos who are only surfing the net because they got chased out of the playground by a mob of angry moms.
