Yeah that DC one works nicely. I used it before with success. Thing is the vid was not taken from my site. Its from another site she works on. This happened in the past and when I contacted them they did not seem to care. I sent the site the letter and they removed the vid. Thanks guys time to DL that puppy.

DMCA works good for sending to the operator of the site, the registrar of the domain, and the hosting company.

If its listed in Google, you can also send a DMCA to them to remove the search listings for the page that contains it
