thats a good point
we should protect the kids from being teased at school

so lets make a law against fat people from getting married
because fat people may have fat children and those kids will get teased at school and we could stop the obesity epidemic

and lets stop ugly people from getting married cause ugly people may have ugly children and those kids might get teased at school

and maybe we should stop stupid people from getting married

OR BETTER YET

Maybe they should pass a law that stops pornographers from getting married and/or having children, because their children might see some porn and then grow up and think that they wanna be in porn

Not only do people not understand that, but they never remember this : "--That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

That to me speaks volumes of our founders frame of mind on what you had to do to for those "pursuits"
