Good Wednesday Morning

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr, it is cold here today.
We have a big lake effect snow event about to start and they are talking about up to 2 feet of snow but probably only a foot. But the temperature is not supposed to get above 10 degrees today.

My son's one job while in school is to take the garbage out and I know he will be happy he did it yesterday.

Cold here, too, but no new snow in two days.

I made a New Year promise that I don't drink everyday at 2004. So, as today is the first working day for us, I promised to wait till Friday before I enjoy alcohol again. I'm probably dead before that.

urb, be happy. When I wake up in the morning and see that outside is tons of snow and I know it takes hours of shoveling, I don't love snow at all. This year has been OK yet, but who knows, it can start snowing any day, and it can continue till May. I have seen many snow storms at May 1.

I see tons of snow too. After Christmas, I would be happy if it just stopped but, it seems to be when it just starts out. We get an average snow accumulation of about 170 inches each season. We probably have about 2 feet on the ground now.

Living next to a creek, our house is always about 10 degrees colder than the town a mile away.
