You can usually find utilities that can convert the fonts back and forth between platforms. They usually don't do a great job of keeping kerning info but are good enough for doing a masthead font.
If it is a truetype Mac font I have a ultility to convert it to a PC font. I had one for doing Postscript fonts as well, but never upgraded it for Mac OS X since I never needed it. |
