My Router caught on fire this afternoon...

Something catches on fire and that's a serious issue. If they don't send someone out to get the router and want you to send it in document everything. Take pictures of it, write down the date and time and all the detail can you remember.

That's a serious issue that could endanger lives and they'll want the issue to go away.

I've seen things over heat, melt, smoke and even had chips jump off of boards but never any thing catch on fire.
