Happy Anniversay GG! I fear that 10 year mark, which is next summer for us. Sandy says I have to buy her an engagmenet ring by our 10th anniversary. (Yeah, we do things a little differently.)

I found my sort of dream home yesterday while wandering the foot hills with my son. It's an old farm that been for sale for quiet a while on a dirt road. There are only two other homes on the road. At first, you see a shitty little house which is connected to the big barn - and you can't tell where the living quarters ends and the cow shit begins. It's really quite quaint. But, when you meander around the left side of the barns, you see the main home out back. The house itself is really not that special at all, though it does have a big deck and a ceeement pond. Looks like the place has been empty for about 3-5 years and needs a ton of love. (Probably not as much love as the house I live in right now though.

) What makes it my sort of dream home? It's way the fuck off of the road and away from neighbors. It's perfect. I could become almost normal again if I lived there. I'd be more than happy on a dial-up connection, sitting outside with my laptop, watching my kids mow 40 acres of lawn with a push mower while the frogs swim around in the pool. So, who has $600k they aren't using?
