Number 1, no TGP will accept those premade sponsor galleries. TGPs only list those themselves with their own referral code.
As far as your old style template some people may still accept it. But likely not too many of the "big" guys. They get soooooooo many submissions that it is a competition to get listed. And pretty gets listed compared to plain more often than not. Which brings us to the next problem. 90% of the TGPs out there are partner only now. And many are paid partner accounts so you have to pay to get listed. Best thing to do is surf around and start applying for partner accounts. It's a pain but you need to do it. Once you have some galleries made post here and some people here may give you an account. |

Welcome back to the world of tgp
![]() Sponsor designs, ripped FHG, and I'll even say the sponsor graphics like headers, footers, etc, don't use it. FHG server a variety of purposes, but one of them is not to submit them as your own to TGPS. Owners can do that themselves and cut out the middle man altogether. As for the headers, footers, etc that sponsors provide...I personally am saying don't use them as you're in competion with a lot of other webmasters and those sponsor provided graphics get old really quickly. As for sponsor content...you can use that to submit to tgps, but remember that again there is that competition factor. Use a oversaturated sponsor and you'll find that a lot of your galleries will just get deleted because the content is just too common. When I do use sponsor content I try to find smaller sponsors with less saturated content. Simple galleries, personally I like them still, and I like clean looking galleries that focus on the content. Ramster pretty much has it right regarding partner accounts and tgps. Most of the larger ones are Partner only, a lot of them have gone paid submits, and it's probably harder now to break into tgp submitting then it was in the past. |

![]() Cool!
Thanks Guys! I'm thinking I'm not in a bad position to break back in. On the plus side I've got content that cost me well over 100G over the years, a lot of it is old, but likely hasn't been seen in years, a lot of it is semi exclusive and some I even shot myself. On the negative side I'll need some practice, especially on graphics. But I can do that, just need to be able to do it fairly quickly. Once I've put a few together I'll post samples on the links and getting listed section, and probably have a few people tear me a new arsehole ![]() This biz is becoming fun again! And I like this board! |
