is the new color in advertsing and logos. Check it out and you'll see it popping up everywhere. Lots of independent research has shown that this is what people (of the younger generations) now respond best to for getting readers attention. Its their equivalent of the old red!

Yep yep. Orange is supposed to be the official color of my post-generation-X generation, otherwise known as generation Y.

I remember first seeing orange most prominent in the hip hop scene. Funny how that works.

I like to use various subtle shades of orange in my freesites.

I thought it had been hijacked at first and that sure as hell woke me up then the orange hit me and i had to check the addy to make sure i was really here lol.

Well its a good design but a bit bright at this time of the morning... any chance you could make the white a lighter shade of pale so i don't need shades

Someone once said "Change is good but if aint broke don't fix it" I think personally i like the green better but its a refreshing change.

Actually, in one research I've read in the past, orange color invokes trust and confidence. I used that color on some of my sites.

BTW, IMHO, the color #FBF9BC used in post body below the text box when replying to a post, is much better background for reading text. But that's just me.
