Question to freesite submitters
I have dabbled in TGP in the past and am thinking about doing freesites and have a few questions.
1. How much traffic can one expect submitting 1 freesite to, lets say, 18 linklists? 2. Do linklist owners care if their reciprocal links are on a main.html or another page instead of the index.html? Thats all my questions for now. Thanks. |

1. your traffic will be alot smaller. the good news is that it is more refined, filtered, targeted or how ever you want to put it. Linklist work on search engine traffic which shows to be more productive overall. think linklist long term money versus tgp short term.
2. some do not mind if you put there recips on the main page as long as everyone elses is there but the reality is most expect it to be on the index page above the enter. If you do it that way you are covered for everyone |

You should submit to more than 18 linklists. Go for 40-80.

- It depends on those 18 linklists. It sends in less traffic then tgp sites but it's always the most productive.
- Most LL owners want their recip on the index.html

I am very happy with the results from link list traffic.
Give it a try each niche is different and so is the traffic for each niche from each link list. |

Some of the top 5 linklists will probably give you up to 500-1000 hits a day, the top 6-10 probably will bring in 100-300 a day, and the top 11-18 linklists will probably bring in 20-100 a day, in my experience, that is of course with a decent listing, on the "new links" page. After that, the category pages will probably bring in about 10% of what you got off of the new links page.
And yes, most linklists require to be on index.html page Just mirror your whole free sites folder, and give it a new name for each new set of submissions, good idea to go through and change the keywords on the pages as well for each mirror, so google doesnt see them as 100% identical.

Oh yeah, that may not seem like alot of traffic, but like others have said, its MUCH more productive. I usually have a 10% clickthrough ratio on my ads, and an average of 1:250 for my sale ratios. Getting above 3-4% clickthrough on tgps is near impossible (for me atleast).
