It is what we call a template. It's the exact same layout as your last. You shouldn't use a template for at least 30 days since you used it last. Most big linklists will decline for this. Smaller ones will be more tolerant but you'll wear out your welcome shortly.
Build a new template, submit it. Build another new template, then submit it. Repeat this until you have a ton of templates. |

 Overuse of templates will land you on blacklists real quick on some important sites. |
