I was submitting to 120+ link lists for several years and recently cut that back to the top 40 traffic senders and with the new domain got listed at HOES, LOR, PenisBot, RichardsRealm and a few others that didn't like the old domains. (useful scripts problem) My traffic to sites on the new domain, in one month, has surpassed the traffic on two other domains that have been on line for 4 years!
Don't know anything about TGP's. When I first started I heard it's a BW killer and you need to really be able to sell. I might look into it.
