My understanding is that DD is by invitation only. Don't bother him with questions about submitting.
Tommy opens his list up to new experienced submitters once in a while and may post a notification. There is a fee involved. I don't know of too many LL's where a premium account can be paid for so I doubt that there is a list of these out there, but who knows. |
