i have a few ideas myself but i have got some good advice so far so tell me where to go from here. its very new and very empty

I have lots of ideas, the problem is finding enough time to develop them and still maintain existing revenue streams.

You have a lot of empty space to the right of Your girls, maybe You could use that for some banners and sales pitches?

There are a lot of sponsors that have multi site passes, I like promoting those where I dont really know what to put.

Your <title> is "your sites name" I would change that, it looks silly, kinda makes it obvious that you didnt build it yourself (I am guessing that You didnt)

no im taking it over and i haven't really done much of anything the header
and the girls i put in but i havent done much else yet staring at a screen for 8 hrs and then trying to go home and stare at it some more im sure everyone here can relate to that. ive been getting alot of german traffic after the american traffic so i figured i go with a european women niche. ive got alot of yugoslavian content so with a little creative writing maybe i can make somthin decent out of it.

How much webmastering experience do you have? I am just wondering if you should start from the beginning or go with what you have right now.

just a couple months really. ive been playin with photoshop for a couple years though. my boss is really helping me out alot its actually his site hes just too bussy to do anything with it. i'm trying to go for a third world look thats why its kinda plain but i;m just lookin for ideas as far as layout
and such. i hate the word newbie but i guess i am.
