I'm not webmaster of outlaw's porn but in the rule 2 you have:

to the owner: I repositioned both OutlawsPorn and SexTopList recips. new freesites will go with new recip tables. please don't decline old ones as I can't change recips there physically.

Since I'm the one doing reviews most of the time, let me say a few words.

Yes, rules got a bit more restrictive at Outlaw's Porn. When you are getting more spam every day than quality stuff, then you have to make some decisions about what to list and what not. I am not implying that any of rejected sites are low quality or something like that but if there are guys/girls who do think that Outlaw's Porn or Sex Top List deserve better, then they are the one to be listed at the first place.

Sexvilly, you are not a newbie and there's no need to act submissive in any way or to beg for something

If you have problems with contact form on some of the link lists, you can contact me or Outlaw here on the board. Don't try sending mail directly because it will bounce that way.

well, at first I almost said 'fuck it' when received first decline email. it was strange to receive such after two years of acceptance but then I remembered I saw some traffic from OutlawsPorn and decided to leave it...

I adjust my free sites to many link-lists, some even ask for what is not on their rules, but that's fine with me as long as it doesn't hurt the performance of my free site - I can change it. So was not a big deal to swap some links here also.
