Damn, I must have driven a Genie Man Lift 100 times in my construction days but I just don't seem to remember getting this sore.

Today is our 13th anniversary and I still have the cherry picker. So, as I said yesterday, I will be scarce.

hopefully there will be some improvement on stats.

still playing catch up with the backlog while away. This is the most legit reason for not traveling.

a little note from the conference I attended. for the last 4 years that i've been attending and presenting, they have been very "red" pro republicans etc. THIS year it's a total 180 degree turn. The buzz talk was all about congress wanting to police the internet, and turning very blue. The keynote was Ronald Brownstein from the LA Times/CNN, who gave us a caption on what is happening and what in roads are being made to defeat the Repub. this Nov. He said there is some optimism that the Dems could take back at least the house which would level the playing field.

There is a ray of hope perhaps coming through.
