I think I have followed everyones advice...

I made it into a movie FS so that there will be no issue with classification. I killed the bevel and reworked my thumbs to be crisper. I made the "Tour Image" more different so that it won't look as blind. I added "Instant Access" text to the bottom banner so that it appears less blind and I cleaned up the code. It is not W3C compliant but it's not far from it...

Please let me know your opinions on the revised state. Also, I am still curious if initial hardcore banner is OK since it is on the warning page...

Cool with me, I'd list it.
About hand coding, I started out with notepad and a browser, but I use programs for designing now because its GUI and it's faster. I just check the code after I'm happy with the basics of the way the site works and looks, then maybe tweak it a bit. Sometimes I have to make some bigger changes, especially with tables, but it's usually minor stuff, Notepad still comes in very handy.
Your sales approach looks good, colour scheme is easy on the eye, you should do well with it.
