Morning,
the halloween party I went to last night was pretty good, before anyone knew it it was 5am. Just started my Fat Smash Diet today, damn it's hard already with all those leftovers in the kitchen. But hey, the scale told me I weighted 209 Lbs/95kg this morning. Time to make some changes. Anyway, have a nice day all. And where's that apple? |
