We might have what you are looking for if you are interested into a videochat solution software and run your own studio. I would need more information on what exactly you need to know in order to begin your project.

As for blocking countries and provinces: it does help controlling a certain amount of traffic from viewing your girls locally although most webcam sites uses their content and videos to promote themselves on hundreds of affiliate sites wich can appear even in the block zones. To my knowledge, there is no sites that can assure a model to NEVER be seen in a certain area.

What we try to do with our own models is simply explain to them that if they wish to appear on the web, they have to cope with the idea that their image (still or video) can appear even if there is a very small possiblity. I have never had any problems recruiting girls for that matter.

SO I don't want to have my own website with my own system. I want to work as agent (or studio) which get commissions on each model I "employ" to be a performer for a big compagny.

Do you understand me?

SO I just want to know which compagny is the best? Imlive.com, flirt4free.com, livejasmin.com or another???

Then thats different. I have been working with Ifriends for at least 5 years in the past. They are good but very hard to work with administration wise. At the time everybody was making money since there wasnt too many models online (about a hundred) now they are over 2000 24h/24...

Now the problem with ppl opening studios and working as an agent is that the income you will do at the end might not be too lucrative for you. If you have to split 2.00$ a minute into i.e. IFriends, a model, yourself and the studio expenses you might end up with a very irrelevent source of money.

You need equipment, programming support, space and cameras in order to operate 26 models at a time. Would you have your models working from home or exclusively into your studio?

I have heard good things about flirt4free conversions. I think what you need to check out is the number of models, the prices (is it by the minute, or do the clients buy credits/tokens?) the quality of the video stream; do they have a live free chat where models appear in order to bring costomer into pvt-vip chat? ARE the models OFTEN IN PVT MODE? Maybe signing up to their affiliate program would help you have an idea on the conversions (but you have to promote them properly in order to convert)

Just dont forget; as big as a site might be and have lots of traffic, if there is too much models online, it will make it harder for yours to take a place among the crowd and convert well.

On the other hand, I dont know how other sites and/or companies might renumerate you as an 'agent' to recruit girls, usually the cut that the girl is supposed to get is divided between you and her trough an arrangement you have agreed with your model OR you can just not pay her a cut but a hourly wage.

Look this is simple. If you want the two biggest traffic sites out there today. IMLive and Livejasmin. I know 1st hand as my wife works all of the sites you list here other then IMLive (she has worked for them in the past and maybe working for them again, soon). From what we see. LiveJasmin has a ton of models and a ton of traffic. A lot of the traffic is crap beggers but still to this day its the site she brings in most of her $$ with. She will average around $300 to $400 per pay period with the other sites but LJ is a consistant $2k. Have the girls work all the sites at the same time. I would not recommend purchasing your own software nor going with a company that RENTS you the software (most of the time when you role with companies that rent you can find the old sites that were using their product and they are no longer around for a reason). Before you go with any company you can search on the net about them. But you are basicly answering your own question. You know the sites already, just put the girls on them and have them start working. If you spend all your time trying to figure out who is best you will never make any money. What's best for my wife might not be best for your girls. But like I said the answer to your question, you already know. Stick with the big sites that have been around for over 4 years and you will do just fine. The traffic will be there, it's up to the girls to convert it.
