Afternoon all.
Hey Fonz, I've been through that, took me 4 years but I lost 126 lbs. and for the most part I'm keeping it off. What I did was stop eating right before bed, and gave up hamburgers, pizza and french fries. Ate a lot of chicken fajitas, chili, salads and tons of fruit, dessert is still usually a baked apple sprinkled with cinnamon and low fat whipped cream, tastes exactly liike apple pie, but without the calories. Takes two minutes to make in the microwave. The first couple of weeks were hard, but I got used to it and still eat a lot healthier than I used to. I feel 100% better for it, I was so fat I was having trouble standing up for more than a couple of minutes, now I walk just about everywhere I go, start skating again this year and I'll be playing hockey again next year. Hang in there bud, if you can last two weeks you've got it beat!

126 lbs.! Congrats on that major accomplishment sheepguy
![]() My goal is to reach 180lbs. I'm currently at 209 so compared to your diet this should be a walk in the park ![]() |

Suggestion: make a big fruit salad once a week (I still do this 4 months later) It's great for a snack, you can eat it with oatmeal or yogurt now & with cereal in Stage 2. |
