I'm sorry Gary I agree a toothache is the worst pain ever! I hope all the great ideas work. I don't have any for you but good luck

Tooth aches come from an infection in the root/gum. the only way to cure it is get rid of the infection. Topical remedies only work short term and you have to keep applying. If you arent allergic to any of the "cins" or "cillans" --and since you have a brood of kids you probably have some of this around.. amoxicillan will work wonders. Takes a day to cycle thru the system.

note disclaimer: do not take meds if you are allergic or have a reaction.
