I think it depends on the niche. Niche surfers of pornstars and big boobs seem to love those big old inflated bags of jelly and I think most MILF sites have plenty of fake boobies. Seeing fake tits on teens and amateur sites is kind of silly.

I think I've seen maybe 2 boob jobs in my life actually improve the looks of a pair of tits. I've had the misfortune of fondling many a pair of fake tits and there's nothing they can do to even make them seem like the real thing.

Might as well just buy a blow up doll.
