Happy Hump Day Everyone
 I started that Sought Beach Diet yesterday & this lack of carbs & crunchy food is already killing me! I can eat eggs, but no toast. I can have a salad, but no crutons. I can have coffee, but no sugar (sugar is sorta crunchy - LOL) 210 pounds whern I started yesterday - looking to get down to 180 or so by the time the snow melts |
