I have seen your http://www.geocities.com/bbwebmaster1/shot1.JPG and i just want say that big banner on top is bad for listing on TGPs.
And than smaller banner than smaller brandwich  You can use small banners (but much quality) and you'll have much bigger CTR on gallery.
