Also they aren't reporting the new Silvercash programs it seems. The other day I got a payment from Silvercash while no sales showed up for the previous period on US. That was a nice surprise

OKay, I've now checked Silvercash, even though it takes ages for their management console thingy to load up for me. No nice sales surprises in there though, Grrrr.
TopBucks is blank in US but I have hits that should be shown.
Fetish Hits is another sponsor that isn't being counted at the moment.
Plus, I've been having troubles with Join Right Now which Unified John is already looking into.

Must be a pain for John to keep on top of all these issues.
