Two people submitting from the same IP is pretty close to multi submitting. Hey! Wait a minute... it is multisubmitting! Unless of course the two of you don't submit on the same day  |

There is the most popular connection to Internet in Poland is NEOSTRADA - ADSL: every City has some class of IP. I meant that may be situation 2 people will have the same IP - it is probable (not sure) if several people from 1 city post freesites. Thats all.

There is no problem with Neostrada. I use it, I submit and everything is ok. I think that your info about Neo is fake
