I've never heard "duck" used in the usa either. I guess I learn something new everyday, though I doubt I'll ever use this particular knowledge.
I've recently heard "cougar" is between "milf" and "mature" Just don't ask me what "the pineapple" is. |

I think "duck" is a Russian translation for "dick", as in "dissolute sluts fucked by big, black ducks". Never heard it used to describe full lips though.

I remember a guy a few months ago who described his girl as having "big balls", where he came from that meant "big tits"
 Ducks doesn't work in English, not in Canada anyways where telling a girl she has duck-lips will get you noticed, but not in a good way |confused|
