I give/gave/have given permission for Google to use/post/display more text pages and images.. but you know I never gave Trolls Incorporated persmission, so when Trolls Incorporated uses my text/images etc, it is copyright and trademark infringement.


It is really quite simple..

you have given permission to google and most people haven't, my search engine is the same as google its an opt-out not opt-in. exactly , thats how google works.. same way my site doesnt "scrape" your site in any way it collects data from publicly accesible api's given by the se's for web developers to use on their site
