My guess is that presumably some time in the past you've submitted sites to Debauchery and now you've got one listed. Their backlog is vey long.

Sometimes it takes a while to get listed, but Debauchery is definitely worth having on your submit list

Just keep on submitting, they are also listing newer submissions as well.

Did you go to Debauchery and look for a site of yours listed there?
If you didn't submit there then maybe they needed to boost a category or something and grabbed a site of yours from somewhere else.

Yep, Debauchery have been reviewing some recently submitted sites & they send nice traffic! Same with FreePicsSex.
Very nice indeed.
