Paysite owners, what is specific 1, 2, 3, etc step guide to opening paysite?

No way of telling for sure. I can tell you this. A paysite uses a LOT less bandwidth than you'd think. New site doesn't have that many members so unless your movies are huge and every member downloads them all bandwidth is really a non issue for the most part.

You could put a paysite on 10Mbs server as long as it has good RAM, processor ect and you'll be fine IMO.
