It looks like we got another 4 inches of snow or so. I may have to actually get out there and get rid of it.

 finally got to the doctor & found out I have an ear infection...the medication is keeping me up so here I am bright and early  it's the first day I feel like working in a while so will try to get lots done. Got lots of snow here but the sun is shining, so I feel hopeful. Have a great day everyone! |

Good morning all,
What's this snow thing you're talking about Jim? We only had like a 1/2 inch this year and only for a few hours. Sun is shining, temperatures are up so it feels like spring at the moment. Have a nice day all. |

Good morning world
Another sunny day in paradise. Now 68F and headed to 78 later on. Nice cool breeze making it hard to want to stay inside. Might have to go enjoy some sun later, at least long enough to want to get back inside. Probably a good idea to get out and do anything I need to do today, since tomorrow the local cable company is coming to put a jack on another wall, which will most likely mean I have to wait around all day to find out when the installer will show up. I could have done it myself but I don't have a long enough spool of coax and the installation charge is actually less than buying as much cable as I'd need. Wishing all a good day.

No snow here and I have my windows open enjoying this beautiful weather.
FInally feeling somewhat human again and seem to be over the worst of this cold. Going to try not to take any cold meds today and hoping to be able to get back to the gym in a day or two. Just a day of work planned. |

Payroll hell for me followed by Tax Hell...followed by who knows what other hell. I'm sure i'll be in all of them before the day is over. we actually had clouds most of the day yesterday but the threat of rain never came to pass.. High today is 76 but on the weekend we'll hit the 80's. have a good one.. have a glass (or cask) of Amontillado and stay warm..  |

Morning all... New windscreen for the car today. We got a stone chip a week or two back that wasn't too bad but now the colds got to it, it's spread to a huge circular crack about 2ft across through the middle of the screen.... On the plus side, the dealer said it would be nearly $700 but apple auto reckon on it costing $350. Just hope they fit the right one

Good Morning
I'm all alone for 5 days. YeeHaw!! Wife and daughter went to Floida this morning until Tuesday to enjoy the warm weather there instead of this damn cold. The son is home but he's old enough to not bother me plus he'll be working most of the weekend, LOL. Contractor will be here tomorrow to do some touchups around the house for me so we can sell this place. Coffee is on. |

New person joins the team today, so, quite a bit of back and forth training and the immersion method. Looking forward to working with Tom as he brings quite a bit of experience to the table.

morning all
3:40 midday here, sun is shining and i had a hell of a morning shopping with my daughter, the little 12 year old needed some new jeans and a new pair of boots, so why....,if she only needed that, we come home with a car filled with clothes and all kind of shoes and me with a very thin wallet?.......She knows how to handle her mom and i believe she broke the world record "spending a ton and visiting 1000 shops in 5 hours" Like yesterday....and the day before that one ...and the day.... i will be doing nothing, just watching some telly and being lazy!I wish you all a great day |

This day seems to be just like all the others this week. Cold as hell and just a regular day of work planned.
I do need to take care of some stuff for my softball team. Seems like the team got too big with too many players and we are seperating into 2 different teams. And the guys that are in my "group" it seems that I have been nominated one of the leaders, if not the coach entirely. So I gotta call around about getting a sponsor or 2 and find out how much uniforms are gonna cost. And make sure we are gonna have enough guys that are gonna show up on a regular basis. The coach last year is one of those slacker unmotivated type of guys and the only reason he coached last year was because my father-in-law who usually coaches just didnt want to do it last year. Well my father-in-law last year said something about getting a team going again, but didnt want to steal any of the guys. Well no one wanted to take charge on either side so I was under the assumption that the coach from last year wasnt gonna be able to have his own team because of his new job, and that my father-in-law was gonna coach but still have the same group of guys. So I started calling some of the guys to get together and get the ball rolling since we have to be registered and have the money turned in by Friday the 16th. Finally heard from the the guy that coached last year yesterday around noon (the meeting was 7 last night) and he said he would be there that night and that he still wanted to play, and that he would call the guys I didnt have the contact info for and let them know. So at the meeting last night there are only 3 of us there (my father-in-law got a call from work and there are 5 or 6 people that we know are gonna play with us buy couldnt be there). After making a bunch of phone calls and a bunch of he said she said bullshit the coach from last year is pissed thinking that we were trying to steal his players and called everyone saying he is having a team and they are suppose to be having a meeting Friday, haha, and that was right after he told me he was gonna be there. This guy and his 2 sons that play have always had pissy cry baby attitudes and they aint that great of players anyways (his 2 sons said they would be there too, but when asked about it they claimed they didnt know anything about last night). Last year he recruited a couple of really good guys that took us from a just below .500 team to only losing 2 games in the fall league. I guess he thinks he can lose 3/4 of the core guys (the entire infield and 2 outfielders) take his 2 "star" outfielders and fill in the rest of the spots with bozos and be a better team. The kicker is that him and at least one of his son's are suppose to be "men of god" haha considering they are wanna be preachers (no formal credentials, but have their own church with 7 people) and go and pull this shady drama queen bullshit. All I wanted to do is play ball with the same group of guys and get the ball rolling since the time to register is coming up and no one had done anything yet, and it turned into this big ass mess. So I guess I do have a few different things going on today to spice the day up.

Got up early, drank coffee, got stoned, and haven't done squat since. Beach is definately on the agenda later, so nothing will be done today. Hope yours is more productive than mine!
