As a alternative you can also do everything within one program called blog post builder:
http://www.blogpostbuilder.com/ It allows you to choose one or more images from a online gallery (or from your harddisk), resize and/or crop these images, put these in a blog post template, enter your blog post text/links and press the Post button to upload everything including images to your blog software. That blog post builder tool is fairly nice, actually - I had a minor problem with setting permissions for uploading at first, but otherwise it's done exactly what I wanted it to do, plus a lot more.
Not a plugin, but a standalone post creator with decent image handling, including good previews of the images while browsing, resizeing, cropping, and renaming the image, and you can write the text accompanying the image at the same time. And control multiple blogs. not bad for free. |
