There are a couple mentions of headers, if you are using sponsor content, is it Ok to use sponsor supplied headers, or is that problematic because hosted galleries could also have those same headers?

Personally I avoid using sponsor graphics period. If a sponsor is offering headers, footers, and even banners (unless they're geo-targeted type banners), I avoid them like the plague. To each his own though.

You have to think about how many people are submitting galleries, how many times a reviewer is going to see the same type gallery, the same graphics, etc. Even small tgps are getting around 1k-2k in submits per day...they're reviewing those galleries quickly...if things start looking repetitive it's a pretty good chance your gallery won't get listed.

Headers don't have to be complex though...5 minutes in photoshop and you can create a text header (3-d, drop shadow, etc) type graphic that would serve well as a header.
