Good morning world

I got Borat from Netflix yesterday, along with Stranger Than Fiction, so I'm looking forward to those tonight. I did watch The Prestige a couple of days ago (upconverting DVD players rock), but I haven't seen The Illusionist. Might have to add that one to the queue and check it out sometime. My dvr didn't grab 24 like it should have on Monday night, but I was able to watch the whole episode online at the Fox website. Gotta love how technology is seemingly improving our lives while insidiously destroying them.

Just a work day today, with maybe a break later to get some sun and fresh air, since it's supposed to be 80F this afternoon.

We just rented and watched Borat a couple days ago

I loved it, and my wife loved it, but its something thats not for everybody.

Edit:
One thing kinda weird is that my dvd player didnt like it. On my DVD player the english soundtrack was blank. If I flipped it to any of the other languages it worked fine (other than not knowing WTF was being said). So we popped it into the computer and watched it here at my desk.

I should have known better!

Going to take my very pregnant dog for a walk only three weeks to due date

Speaking of TV shows. Has anyone watched Rome yet this week?

On the previews for next week, did it really say "Series finale"? SERIES finale? When the fuck did that happen?

First Deadwood, now Rome. Next they're going to tell me that they were lying about Dexter being picked up for another season. What the hell do I have cable for?
